Street scene in the 200 block of Decatur Street that shows part of Bartels pet store at 231 Decatur Street and the front of George W. Weingart's Office of the Southern Fireworks Manufactory at 233 Decatur Street. Two boys are seen outside the display window of the pet shop. The window itself shows bird cages and advertisements for "Pet Puppy Cakes." A man and a woman lean on opposite sides of the doorway at 233. The display window there shows vases and urns, a tea pot, purses and miscellaneous bric-a-brac. Eight large pieces of cut granite stone are seen on the sidewalk and a pipe runs across the bottom of the view.
