Papa Vitan Tsonyuv (unknown–ca. 1830). Born in Tryavna, he was ordained as a priest in 1795. His earliest signed icon is of the Church of Saint Nicholas (1798) in the village of Raduil. He painted in the Popovo region (ca. 1799), Sliven (1800–08), the Kapinovo Monastery (1811), and the Church of Saint Archangel Michael (1821) in his native town of Tryavna.
