Lid

Two fragments of the rim and shoulder of a lid in a dullish emerald green. It is a plain, straight rim with flame-rounded lip above which an outward fold forms a flange to support the lid on the lip of a vessel. Above this is a low curved shoulder sloping upwards slightly. This peicfe was probably an import, dating to the early 16th century.
