Maine Maritime Museum
Bath, United States

Oil painting of an unknown bark, possibly either the Winnegance, the Richard Morse, or the Cambria. The painting is a starboard view of the vessel, which has its spanker, topsails and one jib set. It has a black hull with false gunports, white deckhouses, and a lifeboat on stern davits. Many crew are visible on deck and in rat-lines. It is flying the US Ensign from the spanker and houseflag SB from the top of the main mast. Several ships are visible in the background. Calm blue-green sea and a gray sky round out the painting.
