Gill Brigg and friends made this panel for their friend Vaughan. Listen to Gill reading the letter she sent along with the panel.
Vaughan died on 7th February 1990.
We will remember him for his generosity, laughter, honesty, courage, hedonism, music, his dusty houseplants and his rubber vest.
Vaughan was a member of the Insinuendos performance group

Don was born in Canada and lived in the UK. He was an actor, producer and cartoonist
The rebel son of ministers, Don was an actor, publisher, producer and cartoonist, he was a little man with big ideas. And strong convictions.

Steve Waters
Steve worked at The White Swan, a popular gay pub in east London.
He died on 30th April 1989
The panel reflects Steve's early life in the Forest of Dean, his love of Christmas time and of travel and his work at The Swan where he made many friends.

In her letter about Douglas, his sister Shona remembers him trying all the fashions and sporting a striking mohican hairstyle
Douglas died on 3rd June 1992
He was the warmest, most loving man I have ever known. He was brave by all definitions and I know for sure he is guiding may way now.
