The hair curler heater set consists of 26 clips spread over eight rod-shaped elements. These are heated to the desired temperature. Then they are clamped over hair-wrapped curlers. The set is a product of Pavane Eugène Gallia Paris and was imported to the Netherlands in around 1930 by hairdresser supplies importer Van Neervoort & Bautz of The Hague.
