Kristina Kallur lives with her family in Falun. One of her sons is allergic to milk, just like many other small children. Kristina went to the shops and asked for milk-free baby porridge, but there wasn't any. Around the year 2000, all baby porridge and baby gruel contained milk or milk powder. Kristina contacted well-known baby-food companies, but nobody wanted to develop milk-free baby food.

Kristina decided to change this. She spent the next few years developing the product and in 2003, the first milk-free baby porridge was available in shops. Kristina named her company EnaGo. A few years later, she also began to sell milk-free gruel.

Her products are made in Spain, since no Swedish factory can manage them yet. In 2008 her company EnaGo was the only company in the world to sell milk-free gruel.
