The “Leningrad“ was designed in the USSR and built in the GDR as part of Russian reparations. The Oberspreewerk Berlin (OSW) delivered the tubes, the Sachenswerk in Radeberg assembled the device. It also had a radio receiver. Around 65,000 of these sets were built, of which around 200 were sold in the GDR.
