In 1955 the Milton Bradley Company produced a version of a mystery-solving board game, somewhat similar to Parker Brothers' game Clue. In Intrigue, players must gather clues to determine in which stateroom of an ocean liner a man was murdered. Like players of Clue, this game required players to keep tallies of which rooms they've visited and checked for the right murder combination. Unlike Clue, Intrigue players may exchange clues when they meet along the path.
