The incarnation of Vishnu as a boar is a popular icon. The boar rescues the earth goddess (Prithvi) from the Great Flood, thus saving the world. He holds a disc with flames and a conch in his upper hands, his lower right hand is in abhaya pose and the lower left hand is on his waist
