Sioux, Western. Leather, dyed yellow & beaded & quilled. Mouth: white w/ box, bars extend from sides. Sides: white w/ rectangle, long vert. cross bar. At top, quilled rawhide w/ 6 metal cones w/ red feathers. Base: 2 triangles at top w/ cones & feathers; white ground, both sides geometric w/ diamond, lines & triangles; motif varies. Rawhide quilled, orange w/ rectangles in white, purple & yellow. 2 beads separate strips. Fringe attached.
