This red, white, and blue ukulele with its "V is for Victory" design was the property of Willison Fish Rumsey, a native of Batavia, NY. Rumsey served as a World War II Army gunner. His plane was shot down over the South Pacific and this ukulele came back to his family with his other belongings.
