Board game:Los Mampfos (Hungry Donkeys)

Respected game designers Maja and Rutiger Dorn created a winning game design in 2006, when they made Los Mampfos, published by Zoch in Germany. Initially meant for children, the game resembles a memory game. But reviewers credit the designers for making the game "almost too good for just children." Carefully crafted wood donkeys add to the quality and appeal of Los Mampfos. These donkeys travel a movable path and consume "oat biscuits." Players can choose to move again or lift a donkey's tail on a turn. The object is to correctly guess what color oat biscuits will be revealed.
