Wen-Shi (graphic stone) of Peng-Hu or San-Xia formed in the vesicles of basalts, mainly consisting of calcite, aragonite, opal and siderite. They typically rimmed a vesicle, and grew radially around a core, showing a globular external form, even as a concentric globe commonly known as “eye”.
