10th Street

Hallmark's first home was a tiny room on the third floor of this building. It was occupied in 1910 by Joyce C. Hall when he moved his fledgling post card business from his room at YMCA to Room 16 of the Braley Building at 308 E. 10th Street. The room was above the shoe shop.
