The last two pages from President Ford's note cards for a stump speech in Ohio. He participated in campaign rallies in Cincinnati and Cleveland on October 28, 1976, between visits to Pennsylvania and Indiana.

In Cleveland, he was interviewed on television at station WJW-TV.

The original documents are located in Box 41 of the "President’s Speeches and Statements: Reading Copies" at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library.
