A flower submitted for Rich Mix and Paint the Change's 200 Nationalities, One NHS mural. Dima Karout is an acclaimned artist, UK resident originating from Syria. In her own words: "I am passionate about contemporary art and its potential in allowing ideas to grow, take shape in the material world, and initiate social change. My work explores human journeys, the evolution of identity beyond borders, migration, territories and the relation between people and places."

On display from September 2020 - September 2021, it was believed to be the largest mural in the UK to celebrate the work of the NHS. Spanning four storeys, this giant mural celebrated diversity in the healthcare service, which is made up of almost 200 nationalities across 1.7 million members of staff.

The mural was formed by 226 flowers drawn by artists and members of the public, then made into a giant piece of art by ATMA and applied to our award-winning louvres.
