2017 ACT Festival 《Inbetween Dramatic Networking》

The 3rd festival theme exhibition of ACT Center 《Inbetween Dramatic Networking》(2017.10.27-29) focuses on the point that the process of creating art starts from relationships between me and the world, me and others, and me and communities. Questions about relationships naturally requires insight into networking and media which consist of the world. After all, today’s art is not an reproduction of world factors themselves, asks how networking of factors, that is, Inbetween is presented. However, Inbetween does not mean unchanged fixed space in terms of time. Rather, it means ever changing space through installations and changes which mediate me and the world. Time art such as movie or media art, and performance complete works through connection of each scene. And interaction between scene and audience creates new states of relationship every time. As this shows, technologies augment events of networks which instantly appear, disappear, and change. The 3rd ACT Festival shares dramatic Inbetweens through imagination of high technology media of ever-changing networks between me and the world, and others by artistic insights.
