Gold medallion presented to Frank Beaurepaire by the Melbourne Swimming Club in 1923-24 for outstanding achievements that season. Medallion shaped like a life belt bound with delicate ropes enclosing a M.S.C. monogram. Obverse inscription around belt reads, "MELBOURNE / SWIMMING / CLUB / SEASON 1923-4". Reverse inscription reads, "F.E. BEAUREPAIRE / CLUB CHAMPION". Loop attachment at top.
