The top part of this peti almari has a few unique features unlike any chest recorded in Punjab. The openings on the top were fitted with double shutters and the opening at the centre had a pivoted door with a print of a woman encased in it. It also had a small drawer below the door. The chest also had intricately carved panels fixed on its facade.
