Apron of muslin, embroidered with white cotton in darning stitch with some buttonhole stitch, eyelet holes and French knots, and with areas of pulled-fabric work.
The panel is entirely filled by four repeats of a curving flowering tree growing from a small mound in the style of Indian painted palampores. The tops of the two upper trees are cut by the edge of the panel, which appears to be the original edge.
