9mm Type 26 pistol

Mr. Hong Sun-jin served as forward observation officer for Second Company, 50th Artillery Battalion of the Eighth Division of the Korean Army. The articles donated are a pistol seized by second Company after attacking a North Korean unit retreating along the Andong-Punggi road and a pistol given to the donor by Lieutenant Colonel Jang Gyeong-seok, who was commander of the 96th Artillery Battalion in 1951.
