Charred wreckage of planes on the deck of American aircraft carrier USS Bunker Hill (CV-17) which was badly damaged & set ablaze after being hit twice in thirty seconds by Japanese kamikaze pilots off coast of Japan at a cost of 392 dead or missing & 264 wounded.
