The legs of this charpoy were slender giving it a feminine appearance; therefore, it was known as manji (feminine gender in language) in this residence. It was made of chill wood and was brought as one of the gifts in marriage by the owner's grandmother, along with a peti (chest) and a pidha (low chair).
