Men’s shell bead shirt, Atayal tribe

Shell bead shirts were seemed precious by the Atayal tribe. This shirt was first woven and then the shell beads were sewn on by hand. Complicated weaving texture were made by different color threads. The beads were made by grinding giant clam shell.
