Ametsa, is the proposal of the Arzak in London, where flavors and traditional techniques of the New Basque Cuisine are combined with avant-garde touches. Faithful to their philosophy of rootedness to the land and to the product, the raw material of the dishes does not come from Euskadi, but from different areas of Great Britain.
