Hangers like this are also called bilangani in some regions due to the variations in dialects. This rudimentary bilangani made using a bunch of sarkanda sticks was recorded in a carpenter’s shop. The craftspeople at the shop changed into their work clothes before starting work. They used this bilangani to hang their change of clothes.
