Students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Sciences at Yeditepe University learn about the effects of cultural interactions on local and global culinary cultures.

Eastern Black Sea Region, located at the northeast of Turkey and boasts a breathtaking nature, is a region with great corn, tea and hazelnut yields. The city of Artvin, located in the region's easternmost region, is awash in various shades of green. Çoruh River, flowing through the Borçka region of Artvin, is also the border between Turkey and Georgia.
