A Closer Look at Holden Crater

This image from NASA Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter shows layered deposits in Uzboi Vallis which sometimes occur in alcoves along the valley and/or below where tributaries enter into the lake from surrounding clay-bearing surfaces.
