A dark pink or wine coloured silk skirt couched with gold thread and sequins of gold and silver. The skirt has an undecorated upper portion with the remainder embellished with a trellis design, having evenly spaced flower motifs and a heavily sequined border with running bands of floral motifs, lined with plain red cotton fabric. The waist band is made of satin, and one of the ends of the fabric shows merchandise stamp marks in English and Gujarati. One side with a small chain-stitched circle within the trellis design, was possibly intended as a 'nazar', to avoid evil eyes.
