A Half-Century of Achievement

Since it was founded in 1900, the General Electric Research Laboratory has pioneered in exploring such new fields as the incandescent lamp, radio, x-ray, silicones. It begins its second half-century with the dedication of a new building, greatly augmenting the facilities it offers to the advancement of man's knowledge.
