A minor effect of Tropical Storm Hanna as it passed Florida’s east coast, part of a panel on the Vehicle Assembly Building at NASA's Kennedy Space Center came off in a burst of high wind, causing minor damage to a UHF antenna on the roof of the Launch Control Center. The panel is on the southeast corner of the VAB. Hanna kept well offshore, bearing only bursts of rain and wind along the coastline as it moved north. Photo credit: NASA/Jack Pfaller
