The solemn ceremony at the grounds of Parliament building where President Jomo Kenyatta’s body was laid to rest in a marble tomb of the special mausoleum. Nairobi, Kenya. 31st August, 1978. The country went into deep mourning for its favorite son, and Kenya’s renowned photojournalist Mohamed Amin, also known as ‘Six Camera Mo’, covered the state funeral and swearing in of Kenyatta’s successor, and former vice-president, Daniel Arap Moi.
