African Ivory

Intricately carved elephant tusks of ivory from Zaire (now DRC). The carving, sale or trading of ivory is now prohibited in Kenya. The wooden bust & assorted royal cups are also from Zaire (DR Congo). The small round mask is made from a mask is made from an elephant kneecap. Ivory or bone spoons are made from the Warega (DR Congo)
