Bag traditionally used by Ahir Community

Theli is popular amongst the Ahir Brahmin community. This bag is carried by a woman to her married home till 5 years. After this, the bag is used by children of the family when they go out to play. The square interlaced motif used is the border of the bag is called char baavariyo while the hangings tassels are called fumka vali jhalar. The handles are called nako.
