Alabastron with a flat base, compressed hemispherical body and three handles on the shoulder. The vessel copies a well-known type of Mycenaean pottery. Imported Mycenaean vases appeared in Cyprus at the end of the 15th c. BC. During the 14th and 13th c. BC imports from the Aegean incresed considerably but Mycenaean pottery was now made in local Cypriot workshops, too.
