Alan Pearson

Alan Pearson was a legend by any standard in the North Bondi Club. During the summer of 1980, Alan was a Patron of the Club, Life Patron of the Junior Club and received his 50 year service medallion from Sydney Branch President, Bill Marshall. He established the Nippers movement at North Bondi. In 1980 Alan became treasurer so he could watch every dollar that was spent from the Nippers fund. He would be at the beach at 6:30 am every Sunday, set up and organise the events. He was always raising funds for the Junior Club. Alan had a kind and encouraging word for anyone who had the Clubs best interest at heart.
