Dressed in his launch and entry suit, STS-122 Pilot Alan Poindexter heads across the Shuttle Landing Facility at NASA's Kennedy Space Center to the shuttle training aircraft, or STA. Poindexter and Commander Steve Frick will practice shuttle landings in the STA before the Dec. 6 launch on space shuttle Atlantis.
