More than 1000 men and women who were members of the Benedictine order and are venerated as saints are listed in this manuscript catalogue compiled by the Michelsberg abbot Andreas Lang (r. 1483-1502). Like Lang’s catalogue of abbots, the text was copied by his secretary Nonnosus Stettfelder (d. 1529).
