Annunciazione

Annunciazione was produced during the 2020 period of quarantine, when many countries around the world went into lockdown to tackle the spread of Covid-19. It’s a personal response to crisis, uncertainty, and altered states of being.

"The human mind is a room: that room in which each of us lives and faces his thoughts, his uncertainties and his emotions. It is at the corners of this room that the deepest reflections, the greatest fears, the uncontrollable euphoria are concentrated. Everything becomes a large shapeless skein. From the window something reaches the room and everything becomes harmonious. An artist's room is his mind, his world and every room always has a window that acts as an exhaust valve (when the mind collapses) and acts as a door for anyone who wants to navigate inside."
