Arcade game:Blasteroids

Atari released Blasteroids in 1987. Blasteroids is a sequel to Asteroids- the most successful arcade game in Atari's history. The gameplay of Blasteroids is similar to the gameplay of Asteroids: players shoot asteroids and flying saucers for points. The astronomical success of Asteroids proved difficult to match; none of the Asteroids sequels, including Blasteroids, would come near it.
