Archival Photo of Waterboat House

Located along Fullerton Road, the area was given conservation status on 21 March 2002. It contains the Waterboat House, an Art Deco building designed by Swan & Maclaren. The 3-storey building incorporates a basement that is visible from the seaward side. It has a prominent curved facade with semi-circular tower-like structure facing Fullerton Road.
