The four legs slightly curve outwards. It has plain arm rests and a pierced back support, enriched with five jointed laths in the middle, surmounted by a horizontal top with an upholstered oval in the centre, flanked by carved leaves. The seat and the oval field of the back support are upholstered in light green, striped plush. As parts of a dining room suite, these pieces were also presented at the 1902 Turin Exhibition, as it is verified by contemporary photos.
