Arsi Oromo Kitchen (Gemmii)

An Oromo traditional clay pot known as Ooyitee is placed on a traditional fire place made from dried cow dung and dried grass. The clay item upon which the dried dung is placed is called Gemmii/Gimjii. There is also some wood and other traditional items in the traditional kitchen.
