Arsi Oromo Woman

Arsi Oromo woman dressed in her traditional Arsi clothes, adorned in her many traditional jewelry and traditional headdress. The many black and white beads covering the cape-like gown are called Callee. The other Callee on around her neck are in the colors red, white and black representing the Gadaa flag. The green Callee is placed around her neck above the traditional phenolic resin bead necklace in a pattern of yellow and red colors.
