Artemis exhibit: Artwork of Joyce

Artemis exhibit held at "Casa das Rosas", from October 1st to 20th, 2019. Portrait of "Joyce" . The project unites photography and painting to promote breast cancer artwork awareness.

"When I discovered cancer in the metastatic stage I didn't know exactly what to expect, but I can say that mastectomy was a game changer in my life. There, I have realized that I had to change the way of facing the disease and, for that, I was lucky to have a support network formed by my family, friends and medical team. This helped me a lot to go through the whole treatment process."
