Artemis exhibit: Artwork Roberta

Artemis exhibit held at "Casa das Rosas", from October 1st to 20th, 2019. Portrait of "Roberta", 30 years, physiotherapist and Yoga teacher. The project unites photography and painting to promote breast cancer artwork awareness.

"Cancer has no age. I was 27 when I was diagnosed. I was not in the habit of doing preventive exams. It was a post by a colleague saying that she discovered cancer at the age of 26 that changed everything… I did the exams and the news came: I had a rare and aggressive type of breast cancer. Today, I am no longer afraid of dying, I am afraid of not living."
