At Astrotech, a suspended set of solar array panels is opened prior to installation on the Dawn spacecraft. Another set was installed previously. Dawn is scheduled to launch June 30 aboard a Delta II rocket from Launch Complex 17-B at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. Dawn's mission is to explore two of the asteroid belt's most intriguing and dissimilar occupants: asteroid Vesta and the dwarf planet Ceres. Photo credit: NASA/George Shelton
