Cb João Carlos de Oliveira, known as João do Pulo, was an athlete, specialized in jumping, being a former world record holder for triple jump, Olympic medalist and tetra-Pan American champion in triple and long jump, military and Brazilian politician. He held the Physical Education Monitor Course - 1981 at the Army Physical Education School (ESeFEX).
