Australian Team blazer worn by Betty Cuthbert at the Perth British Empire & Commonwealth Games in 1962. The green blazer features an embroidered coat-of-arms, scroll with embroidered lettering 'AUSTRALIA', and lettering below that reads, 'BRITISH E & C GAMES / PERTH 1962 / ATHLETICS' on the breast pocket. Inside the inner, right pocket is a label with the maker's name 'David Jones' and 'BETTY CUTHBERT' in typed print.
